Skill Hub Studio was established to provide individualised, practical Allied Health Services that support people to build skills, confidence, and independence in everyday life.
We work collaboratively with participants, families, carers, and support coordinators to deliver meaningful, goal-focused outcomes.
Services
Skill Hub Studio provides Occupational Therapy services funded under the NDIS and Home Care Packages, tailored to individual goals and functional needs.
NDIS - Occupational Therapy
Individualised Occupational Therapy services supporting NDIS participants to build independence, develop functional skills, and participate meaningfully in everyday life across home, community, and work settings.
Capacity Building & Skill Development
Goal-focused support to develop practical daily living, cognitive, social, community, and employment-related skills to increase independence and confidence.
Functional Assessments
Comprehensive functional assessments to identify strengths, support needs, and barriers to participation, with clear, evidence-based reports to support NDIS planning, reviews, and goal development.
Equipment Prescription
Assessment and recommendation of assistive technology and equipment to support safety, independence, and functional participation, including liaison with suppliers and support teams.
Home Care Package - Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapy services for Home Care Package clients focused on home safety, falls prevention, equipment recommendations, and supporting older adults to live safely and independently at home.

Home Visits
Therapy is provided in the comfort of your own home or supported accommodation.
Community-Based Support

Telehealth (where appropriate)
Remote therapy sessions via secure video calls for suitable goals and participants.
Flexible & Person-Centred Support
We aim to provide accessible, practical, and goal-focused Occupational Therapy, working closely with participants, families, support coordinators, and other providers.
Referral
We welcome referrals from Participants, Families, Carers, Support Coordinators, Plan Managers, and Other Health Professionals.
